Complaints

Our aim is to ensure that Approved & Reviewed promote the best businesses that provide high standards if quality and customer services.

If you have worked with one of our premium users and feel that their products or customer service were not up to scratch then please let us know.

At Approved & Reviewed we like to ensure that all of our reviews are fair and truthful but we also want to make sure our Premium Users have the chance to put the matter right, which often works out better for both parties.

Our Policy

• We recommend that you speak with the business to discuss your issue and see if you can solve this issue by mutual decision.

• Approved & Reviewed will contact the company to discuss your concerns if you do not wish for us to speak with the company regarding your issue we will not be able to publish your complaint. We will keep your complaint on record to provide us with a picture of how our members operate.

• If necessary Approved & Reviewed may ask you for proof of work carried out to ensure that your complaint is authentic

• Approved & Reviewed will not publish any anonymous reviews or those published by a third party on behalf of somebody else.

• We aim to respond to all Complaints within 72 hours.

• We aim to publish all complaints within 15 working days.

• Approved & Reviewed reserves the right to edit comments for length, spelling or clarity. We will not publish names or abusive language.
